A Total Dining Experience...

On - Mountain

Couloir is far from ordinary dining. It's a total dining experience like no other in Jackson Hole. A friendly greeting and an exciting gondola ride start the experience. Breathtaking views of the mountains and valley below entertain diners as they quietly ascend to 9,095 feet to the new Bridger Restaurants building. Warm hospitality, a vibrant atmosphere, magnificent scenery, contemporary western cuisine, and superb service await the Couloir diner.

The Executive Chef, Wes Hamilton cares about his diners and consistently keeps the menu fresh reflecting the seasonality of Jackson Hole . Recently returning to Jackson , where he previously led kitchens at the renowned Jenny Lake Lodge and Four Seasons Resort, Wes and his team will be offering a daily lunch menu and a five course fixed price menu each night that matches the magnificence of the surroundings.

Couloir has a south facing deck with outdoor seating for lunch. Views of the infamous Corbet's Couloir ski run, the soaring heights of the Headwall and Rendezvous Mountain and the incredible alpine setting will leave you speechless.

Couloir will be open daily for lunch and dinner.
