We understand that each family has a different amount of time available for rest and relaxation. For this reason, Club Ownership is available in one, two, or four-week packages. These homes are fully furnished and maintained by Smugglers'.

FamilyShare is our multi-week ownership option at The Falcons at West Hill or The Kestrels at North Hill.

These spectacular, mountainside luxury homes offer one-third of a year of vacation ownership including four weeks of Vermont Summer and four weeks of Vermont Winter. We offer rental income opportunities during the weeks you're not using your vacation home.
