The Canyons invested over $10 million in improvements to the resort last year. The all-new DreamCatcher lift opened up an additional 200+ acres of pristine glades and natural trails. They also upgraded the Tombstone express to a high-speed 6-pack and completed a major expansion of Red Pine Lodge increasing its capacity by 50%. Now you can spend more time on the slopes and less time in line!
All of this is located just 32 freeway miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport and just minutes from historic downtown Park City.
Lodging at The Canyons
· The Canyons Grand Summit Hotel is a true ski-in / ski-out AAA Four-Diamond resort, where you are literally steps away from the Flight of The Canyons gondola and over 3,700 acres of diverse terrain.
· The Sundial Lodge offers slope side accommodations in the center of all the action. Enjoy the option of seeing events and concerts from your personal VIP Balcony Suite or a panoramic view of the slopes!
· The Silverado Lodge allows you to experience the peacefulness of mountain contemporary living, yet is still close enough to walk to the slopes. This condo-hotel was masterfully designed for the most discriminating of tastes, so you may enjoy the peace you crave and deserve, while still being only a few steps from the Resort Village!
The Resort Village is where you will find retail shops, restaurants and an outdoor amphitheater hosting live music year round. If you're looking for high-performance equipment, full-service rentals or repair check-out Canyons Mountain Sports and One Sweet Ride.

Lunch on the mountain: Choose from a new menu of family friendly options at Red Pine Lodge and Sun Lodge or you can experience our very best on-mountain dining at the exclusive and award-winning Lookout Cabin.
Dinner: Choose from our Saturday night Western BBQ, starting with a ride up the gondola or enjoy a relaxed fine-dining atmosphere at The Cabin Restaurant.
