Winter: Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a 100USD fee. If reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Summer: A 50 USD fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hrs of arrival. |
Guarantee
Winter: A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Summer: A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. |
