These luxury townhouses are 3 levels, are located directly across from the Inn at Holiday Valley and are within walking distance to the slopes. The main level offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, full bath, living room with wood burning fireplace, a sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath. The lower level includes two bedrooms, full bath and laundry room. The upper level offers a loft bedroom and bath w stall shower. A USD 30.00 dollar non-refundable damage security deposit will be collected at check-in. Check in/out takes place at our main office located at 12 Washington Street in the Village of Ellicottville. Check in time is after 3:30pm, Check out time is before 10:30am. Please note there is a 100.00USD cleaning fee, and a 30.00USD non-refundable security deposit due at check-in. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in, there is no refund. |
