Third Creek is considered one of the best of Inclines condo complexes. Close to the Championship golf course, Third Creek provides its guests with summer access to tennis, pool and hot tub. Only a five minute drive to the Diamond Peak ski resort and the beaches of Incline Village. There is a cleaning fee of $125.00 and a resort fee of $8.00 that will be billed at check-in. The check-in office is located at: 920 Incline Way, Incline Village, NV, 89451. Check-in is after 4PM daily. Go directly to Goldfish Properties at Lake Tahoe, 924 Incline Way, Building 4, Suite E, Incline Village, Nevada. Minimum Age to check-in-21. If your arrival is after 5:30 PM or on Sunday please go directly to the Goldfish Properties office, follow the posted late check-in procedures located on sign outside of the Goldfish Properties office. There is a cleaning fee of $125.00 and a resort fee of $8.00 that will be billed at check-in.

If cancelled 45 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed. |
