Minimum Stay Requirements: *
Summer Season:
3 night minimum for condominiums, townhomes, cabins and some homes. **
4 night minimum for homesteads and lodges.
Spring/Fall Season:
2 night minimum for condominiums.
3 night minimum for townhomes, cabins and homes. **
4 night minimum for homesteads and lodges.
Value Season:
3 night minimum for condominiums, townhomes, cabins and homes. **
4 night minimum for homesteads and lodges.
Holiday Season:
5 night minimum for condominiums, townhomes, cabins and homes. **
7 night minimum for homesteads and lodges.
Regular Season:
3 night minimum for condominiums, townhomes, cabins and homes. **
4 night minimum for homesteads and lodges.

**Most homes have unique minimum stay policies. Please call for details.
Deposit Policy:
Two nights deposit is due upon booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for value and regular seasons. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for holiday season.
Some Premier Properties may require different deposit policies.
Special Requests:
We try hard to honor all of your requests, however JHRL cannot guarantee specific bedding or unit number. Due to unforeseen circumstances it may become necessary to move your reservation to a different unit than originally confirmed.
Housekeeping:
One complimentary mid-stay cleaning service will be provided for stays of 5 nights or more. Additional housekeeping services may be scheduled for a fee.

Cancellation Policy:
For Spring/Fall, Value and Regular Seasons: Up to 30 days prior to arrival initial deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. Within 30 days prior to arrival guest forfeits all monies.
For Holiday Season: Up to 60 days prior to arrival initial deposit will be refunded less a $100.00 administrative fee. Within 60 days prior to arrival guest forfeits all monies.
Cancellation policies may be different for some Premier Properties.
Travel Insurance is available please call for details.

A security deposit will be taken upon check-in for damaged property or missing goods.
No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. No shows will forfeit all payments made.
All properties are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
