Crown Point Villas
These town-house condominiums give you the privacy some families and groups look for but with the convenience of being a short distance from the mountain and Village. Built in 1985-87.

Stratton Springs
Stratton Springs are 2 & 3 bedroom condos. These condo units were built 1985-2001 and are approximately 2,300 square feet. They have 3 different floor levels making it comfortable for families or small groups. The Stratton Springs condos have a ski room entry for storing your mountain gear and a private parking garage for one vehicle. Stratton Springs has a lower floor with a living room area, cozy gas fireplace, and a washer/dryer. The second floor has a fully equip U-shaped, island style kitchen with granite countertops and a long dining room table for the whole family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are mainly located on the higher floor.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a deposit of 50% to receive confirmation.
Holiday periods - (Christmas Holidays; Martin Luther King; President's
week) The balance of a reservation will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside of 30 days will receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.
Peak Winter season - January - March
(excluding holidays) The balance of a reservation is due at check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside of 14 days will receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.
All other time periods: The balance of a reservation is due at check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside 7 days will receive a refund less a $20.00 fee. The cancel fee is per unit. A date change inside the forfeit period is a cancellation. PETS Sorry, due to the individual ownership of the properties, pets are not permitted in any unit.

However, due to the individual ownership of the units, and the limited number of units under our control, it is not always possible to honor every request.
