50% of rental monies due by check, cash, Visa or MasterCard at the time of making reservations. The balance will be due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

| Cancelation Policies |
|---|
Short-term rental cancellations received 45 days prior to schedule arrival date are subject to a refund less a service charge.
Cancellations received within the 45-day time period will result in forfeiture of all monies. However, if we are able to reassign the dates in their entirety, a refund less the service charge will be given.
No refunds will be given for any Holiday stays or for early departures.

Late departure without prior approval will result in a charge.
