A 50% deposit is necessary to guarantee a reservation, within 7 business days.
The remainder of your balance will be paid upon arrival.
All Last Second Specials are to be booked directly by customer, no commissions paid.

You must cancel 21 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
If you cancel 20 days or less prior to arrival, and we are able to resell the room, or we did not turn away business because of your reservation, you will also receive a full refund.
