Payment:
A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
Full-payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Current credit card number will be retained until after departure and may be used to cover the costs of: damages, replacement of missing items, cleaning beyond normal expectations or any other expenses incurred by the renter.
Phones:
All of our condos have a phone for your convenience. Any long-distance phone calls must be made collect, with a calling card or credit card.
Lost or Stolen Items:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
You will be charged for shipping plus a minimum $15 handling fee for any items left behind that you request us to return.
Pets:
Sorry, no pets are allowed in any of our condominiums or over-nighted in vehicles in the parking area.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not allowed inside the condominium

| Cancelation Policies |

Cancellation:
Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival for refund (less $50 cancellation fee).
Reservations cancelled within 30-days of arrival will forfeit full rental charge. Guests may reschedule their stay based on availabilty.
There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds.

Check-in is anytime after 3 PM. Check-out is 11 AM. Unless prior arrangements are made, late check-outs will be charged for an additional night. However, we will do our best to offer guests a late-afternoon departure if the condo is not rented for the next day.
