Now World Famous, our highly popular B&B is located directly on the access road that takes you to New York's Belleayre Mountain Ski Resort in the winter (situated in the heart of the Catskill Preserve, Belleayre Mountain is just 2 1/2 hours from New York City), and the Belleayre Music Festival in the summer.
Staying at the Alpine Osteria means that you will be just 30 seconds away from Belleayre's lower ski lodge in the winter, and barely 2 minutes from the Belleayre Music Festival venue during the summer months...no other lodging establishment is closer!
