A Cancellation needs to be made Seven(7) days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is made within the seven days, 48 to cancel is required. Otherwise, the deposit of One(1) night lodging is forfeited.
Holidays: A cancellation needs to by made Thirty(30) days prior to arrival date
Exception:Christmas/New Years cancellation date is by November 1st.
Otherwise full payment is forfeited.
