Vacations, Inc. requires an initial non-refundable deposit, due date will be advised at booking.
If deposit is not received by due date the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Final payment may be collected at time of booking if booking requirements are within the final payment due dates.
Failure to make final payment by due date will be considered a cancellation and all monies paid towards the reservation will be retained by Vacations Inc.

Upon notification of the cancellation, any monies paid toward the reservation will be retained by Vacations Inc.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. or earlier.
Any unauthorized use of units after 10:00 a.m. will result in not less than a $50.00 late check-out fee charged to your bill.
For late check-ins, please call for instructions.
