If cancellations are received 45 days prior to arrival or before final payment is made, the deposit amount of $250.00 for condominium or townhome or $500.00 for a home will be withheld. If the cancellation is received after final payment is made or less then 45 days prior to arrival, full payment will be withheld.

All guests shall check-in and check-out at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office located at 1355 S. Lincoln Ave. Steamboat Springs, Colorado, 970-871-7831 / 888-672-6938. Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out is no later than 10:00 A.M. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4:00 P.M. during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays.
