On This Porch...
Experience a vacation like no other at The Porches in Steamboat Springs. Our lavish townhomes range from 4000sf of living space in a 4bd unit to 5000sf in a 5bd unit. The Porches property is nestled at the base of Mt. Werner less than 400 yards from the gondola. Ample living space and an array of wonderful amenities accompany the beautiful surroundings of Steamboat Springs.
Each tri-level unit features TV's and private bathrooms for every bedroom, DVD and CD players, multiple fireplaces, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances containing all of your needed kitchen utensils. The lower level family room has a large flat-screen TV along with a pool table and/or foosball table for your entertainment pleasure. There is also a heated 2-car garage, complimentary cable, and wireless internet access in each unit as well as in The Barn, our amenities building. And of course, The Porches wouldn't be an accurate name for this property if there weren't actual cozy porches outside of each townhome with a set of rocking chairs to sit back and enjoy the sunset in the company of friends & family.
The main level of the Barn is comprised of a large open room where the front desk is located. There is a pool table, large flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area in front of the fireplace. For the griller in you, we have a huge outdoor grill and a kitchenette too. Don't forget to enjoy the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, or roasting marshmallows over the firepit. Head downstairs to the exercise facility full of Nautilus equipment, the kids game room featuring an Xbox and GameCube, or the invigorating steam room. There is a men's and women's locker room downstairs as well. Once you are on our property, we will take you where you need to go in Steamboat Springs aboard our complimentary private shuttles. During primary skiing hours, one shuttle is specifically designated to loop from The Porches to our very own ski-in/ski-out drop-off location on the mountain. You just can't beat what The Porches has to offer. It's truly a home away from home, but better!

A 25% deposit is due within 24 hours of booking your reservation. The final payment is then due 30 days prior to your arrival or 60 days prior to a holiday arrival. If you are making a reservation that falls within the 30-day window (or 60-day window for a holiday visit), please be prepared to make the full payment at the time of booking. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to compensate you in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Off-Season hours are from 8am to 6pm daily. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. If you would like to request an early check-in or check-out, please ask the front desk at least 24 hours in advance so that we may be able to accommodate your request if possible.
