Summit Peaks Lodge SOUTH is a newly built 4,000 sq ft million dollar custom log home. The Lodge can comfortably SLEEP 24 people in SIX bedrooms (with 17 comfy beds in many configurations) and 6.5 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi tub!). As an alternative if you have a smaller group, guests can utilize just the main house with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, or just the apartment unit that has it's own kitchen and sleeps 4 with one bathroom.

-- TWO sets of washers/dryers.
-- 32" SONY TV's in the great rooms with Satellite DirecTV service, DVD/ VCR.
-- The kitchen is fully equipped for groups with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven. All the wood flooring on the main level is heated for keeping warm on cold winter nights. Rates are flexible by season and by size of the group.
Summit Peaks Lodge North is nestled among Colorado spruce aspens with awesome views of Lake Dillon and the Gore Mountain Range. A spacious 4200 sq ft log home comfortably sleeps 17 in 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths to accommodate the guests. The main living room features wood burning fireplace and a spacious, well appointed kitchen with large dining room area. 3 comfy sitting areas, TV's and a washer and dryer. The newly constructed hot tub/spa on the back deck!
Summit Peaks Lodge by the River East & West are rustic Bavarian style lodges located in Silverthorne, Colorado and is nestled next to the world famous Blue River. "The Blue" is known for its phenomenal gold medal fishing waters and is just a few steps from our doorstep. Additionally, the Summit County Bike Path (part of the Trans-America Bike system) featuring over 200 miles of paved bike paths and 400 back-country trails runs right through our property - simple access for our guests. For the shoppers, the huge Factory Outlet Mall is within a few blocks. AND, all the fabulous Summit County ski areas are just minutes away.

Reservations are recommended for winter bookings due to the high demand during the ski season.
Deposits
If your reservation is booked 15 days in advance and is for three or more nights, please send a 40% deposit. Full deposit is required for stays of one or two nights or if reservations are made within 14 days of arrival. Personal checks are accepted when received 15 days prior of arrival. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted within 14 days of arrival.

| Cancelation Policies |

Cancellations made 15 days or more before scheduled arrival will be refunded their deposit less a 15% service fee. Deposits made less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.
