Deposit Terms:
Winter: A deposit equal to the first night's rental is due at time of booking. Full payment for the balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival or the reservation is subject to cancellation. Full payment is due at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
Summer: A deposit equal to the first night's rental is due at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival or the reservation is subject to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

Winter: All cancellations received prior to 45 days of arrival will receive full refund less $100 booking fee per unit. All cancellations received within 45 days of scheduled arrival are fully non-refundable except to the extent the nights can be re-sold.
Summer: Cancellations received prior to 30 days of arrival will receive full refund less a $100 cancellation fee per unit. Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival date are non-refundable except to the extent the nights can be re-sold.
