SUMMER: Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. $75 cancellation fee if notification is received outside of 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
WINTER: Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. $100 cancellation fee if notification is received outside of 60 days prior to arrival. Reservation is non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
