DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: Your reservation deposit is due within 10 days from the date of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Form of payment must be Mastercard, Visa, personal check, traveler's check, cash or wire transfer. Nightly rates are based on 2 persons per bedroom. Additional person charged a nominal fee.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is not included in rate quotes and must be paid with any balance due.
MAID SERVICE: Weekly stays will receive one mid-week cleaning (fresh towels, beds made, dust and vacuum as needed). For monthly stays or additional service, housekeeping is the responsibility of the tenant at a cost of $25.00 per maid per hour plus supplies.
NIGHTS RESERVED: You are responsible for the nights reserved. In the event you must leave early or arrive late, we must collect for the entire stay originally reserved.

| Cancelation Policies |

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should it be necessary for you to cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to arrival, we will deduct $100 cancellation fee per unit from your deposit. Cancellation received 45 days or less prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture.
*Brandess-Cadmus is offering Travel Insurance to our guests. Please call with any questions concerning insurance.
*HOLIDAY SEASON POLICIES: Initial deposit is due within 10 days of date reservation made. Final payment is due on or before October 15. If you need to cancel on or before October 15th we will refund your deposit less $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel after October 15th we must re-book the space reserved to refund any monies received.

CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 P.M. - CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 A.M. We must keep to these times in order to clean and prepare the units. If you are not checked out by the designated time, you are liable for an additional night's rental.
PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE FOR CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. All of our rental properties are individually owned and do not have on-site front desk services. Therefore, arrangements must be made in advance of your arrival for check-in.
