Developed by SKI Magazine in 1968, NASTAR (NAtional STAndard Race) is the largest recreational ski and snowboard race program in the world. Here at Whiteface we have one of the top 10 race arenas in the nation and #1 in the east. Our mission is simple - to provide a fun, competitive and easily accessible racing program that, through the development of a handicap system, allows racers of all ages and abilities a means to compare their race results to other competitors across the country regardless of when and where they race..
The National Standard is the Par Time or the "0" handicap which every racer competes against when they race Nature Valley NASTAR. World Champion Daron Rahlves is the National Pacesetter and owns the "0" handicap for the 2007-08 season.

If you have raced Nature Valley NASTAR since 1997 there's no need to register again - we know who you are! However, we strongly suggest that you verify that the personal information on your Race Record is complete and accurate prior to the start of the season. Click here for instructions on how to maintain your Race Record.
When you go to race at Whiteface, to avoid confusion simply pay your entry fee, give the starter your NASTAR Registration Number and off you go.

NASTAR at Whiteface is on Lower Valley, you can't miss us we're right under the Face lift. Our hours of operations are 10:30 am to 3:00 pm Wednesday through Sunday and holidays.
* Adults:
o $5 for one run
o $7 for two runs
o $10 All Day
* Juniors 12 and under:
o $3 for one run
o $5 for two runs
o $8 All Day
* Win a Gold, Silver or Bronze medal depending on your handicap in your age agency.
